Leannovate's managing partner is Neil Gowans, who brings over 25 years general business experience from diverse industries in many roles, achieving director or senior director in some.

During the last 10 years Neil entered the commercial aviation sector, and was increasingly asked to deliver justification cases for customer investment in offered solutions.

Using his wide background knowledge of business processes (sales, admin, business development, marketing, etc), Neil developed an interactive approach which ensured that all relevant data emerged and that all the problems were understood. This in turn lead to new ways to analyse data, as well as new ways to deliver lean processes that were consistent across the enterprise.

Massively regulated, the aviation sector provides possibly the most challenging environment to introduce change without disrupting service deliver to the customer - again, this meant that Neil had to develop new approaches.

Neil enjoys working with all customers, at all levels, readily adapting consultancy delivery style to suit all audiences, large or small.
