Leannovate is pleased to offer on-site training of your staff to develop your business process optimisation which ultimately becomes a cultural strength as process optimisation becomes a monitored performance index (through balanced score cards) which brings long term business benefits as part of a continuous improvement programme.
Training can be tailored to suit your requirements but typical arrangements are shown below:
- Leannovate for Leaders - a day long course for leadership to understand the benefits of Lean
- Leannovate for Managers - two day course for those leading managing lean activity
- Leannovate for Practitioners - week long course for those who will deliver lean events
- Leannovate Now - week long course in innovation
- Leannovate Next - week long course on 'Next' practice and how to implement it
All courses are adjustable in format and duration - and can be combined to be part of one workgroup session. Groups are welcome up to a maximum of 6 in each class, helping to reduce the overall unit cost of Leannovate training.
From time to time Leannovate will hold training sessions in a central location in Glasgow - details of which will be available on this page.
