Leannovate has been selected to project manage the delivery of new CRM processes to be incorporated into an implementation of salesforce.com at Esterline Racal Acoustics.
The rollout includes their UK base in Harrow and their USA operation in Manchester. Additionally, training material will be developed to ensure consistent and best use of the available tools across the enterpirse, unifying Racal's business systems.
